Electronic Purchasing System

E-Procurement is electronic purchasing of products or services from a decentralized point. This process runs without human intervention and without paper. With the introduction of electronic procurement is the internal organization more efficient. It saves on transaction more favorable purchase price.

E-procurement is suitable for large companies with a wide range and large office, a company with multiple locations, many different products and many must purchase is lost. Through a careful supplier selection and conclude purchase contracts with these vendors expire purchasing functions of the purchasing employee. Each employee can buy products at the lowest price. Thus there to twenty percent savings on current purchases. A good example of a company where the technology is interesting.

E-Procurement consists of three parts which eventually connect with each other:

  • Sourcing Services Catalog
  • Electronic procurement
  • Ordering Catalog Systems.

Sourcing Catalog Services
Sourcing Catalog Services (SCS) are services where as many possible suppliers for a particular product or service can be found. This includes standard rates. With the wide range of services and products it is possible that the specific desired product or service and has found one company is about more possibilities. SCS is also a benefit to the market. Through greater choice are more likely to lower prices to suppliers as attractive as possible for the customer. A good example of SCS, the daughter pages of startpagina.

Smart Parent Company System

First, this article is not intended as complete and conclusive argument about the choice between one of the two systems. I want to briefly in the article above reflect the sounds I hear from the market, so you know roughly where you can watch and to think about it. If you are a new shop is set up, you obviously much more detailed research to find out which platform is best will contribute to the success of your new project.

The Magento platform is relatively new, has a smart parent company (Varien) and includes example why landing pages, analytics integration, more sophisticated marketing promotions, extended ACL management tools and many other standard Magento. The development is well designed and is tough, there are regular updates with new features.

However, Magento has also some disadvantages. First, it is a very serious package that allows you not shop every hoster can go (and in any case less than webhosters you with Joomla and Virtuemart can go). A common complaint is that the system (too) slowly. Because the package has many serious and extensive functionality of Magento enthusiasts I understand that for a small shop (about 50 products) can be very expensive to Magento in use.

How Does E-Procurement ?

The purchasing department is using Catalog Services Sourcing a supplier selection do. Information is then collected and submitted bids. Using this information, the supplier recruited. The Head of Purchasing Department provides procurement contracts with suppliers. When all arrangements agreed and contracted on paper, the purchasing staff, using the content management component, the information of the products or services enter so that the other employees in the organization is visible in the internal catalog.

Employees can order products, such as office supplies or sanitation, through the internal catalog. The system processes these orders and sends them to the supplier. The supplier agree on the handling of orders. All information about orders, the buyer and quantities are tracked by the system.

A new feature of e-Procurement is reading of bills. This can be compared to orders automatically scanned invoices. This is also the financial administration time playing.

Take Responsibility for Your Capital

It is interesting that many people love to put their savings and funds in the hands of others, accepting losses as easily blame others than take responsibility for the funds they own. The first step as an individual is to believe in yourself and your own abilities. One of the most startling discoveries when you start trading or have a stock market observation of how the experts very often make mistakes. This is a real proponent of the belief that when you begin to understand that with a solid background and knowledge, discipline and determination of a good trading plan will make you act professional.

You’ll be in a market that moves several times faster than other markets and with leverage, appreciation and loss mixed repeatedly. The best way to cope with thoughts of using your own money and volume of transactions you will make is to forget about money and talking about part of the points. So instead of counting your gains and losses in the factors of dollars, talk about the factors of the points the advantages and disadvantages. If you take this at a very early level, it will feel the same if you do a demo trading, mini or 10 contacts from the full accounts.

A Growth of Future Trade

A growth of prefabricated building provides a different way of building and change brings with it both the architect and trade. Prefabricated parts are by definition directly from the manufacturer to the contractor. The trade is hereby beaten so on. For architects is likely that their freedom is limited by the demand for standardization. To main contractors B & U, where prefabricated building within their own business will take, in this context asked how they expected that the role of the architect and business will develop through the growth of prefabricated building.

Most main contractors & B you expect the role of the architect remains the same. For the role of trade expects the three main contractors B & U a negative development (32%). Contrast, 12% think that trade will just get a bigger role, what the role of the architect only 4% of the principal contractor B & E case.

Prefabricated building has a number of important advantages, the most important to reduce (the risk) cost of failure and accelerate the building process are. Prefabricated building requires major changes and adaptations of the traditional building process. Column construction will be faced with a changing set of needs and requirements for the various players. The role of the contractor will shift from builder to the site coordinator and develops as assembly site.

As more and more prefabricated elements used in construction, is also likely that the role of trade as a supplier declines. It requires appropriate to anticipate the market, such as closer cooperation with the manufacturer or by a strong focus on the logistics or advisory role. Builder because parties will continue to need technical knowledge and expertise in supply.
