In September 2000, DG Trade a draft communication on ‘Towards a sustainable trade policy “, as a contribution from the Commission to the Cardiff integration process. The document was drawn up without input from other Commission services. It was then stopped by the Environment DG, because the attention was focused on the WTO and not trade policies in a broader context. In addition, it gave insufficient attention to the environment.
The document was then just an informal discussion paper "The non-trade impacts of trade policy – asking questions, pursuing sustainable development." In March 2001, the Commission is also working on integrating the environment into the policy for external relations. This was a reasonably tailored description of the portfolio of the DG External Relations, which the environmental dimension of the different types of buiten lands policy was examined, and which were described some proposals about what the future should be done.
A series of Council conclusions on environmental integration was approved by the General Affairs Council in April 2001. These conclusions include a report by the Council . The findings reiterate the issues should be dealt with in a strategy of integration, describing the objectives, and set a timetable for completing a strategy. In the section highlighting the need for action, a number of categories which are relatively specific proposals. Regarding foreign trade, the Commission adopted a methodology for sustainability impact assessments of trade agreements and required accompanying measures to refine. In addition, the Commission and Council should give priority to the earliest possible completion of work on the methodology for sustainability impact assessments.
Also the Commission should continue to work to clarify the legal relationship between WTO rules and based on multilateral environmental agreements adopted trade measures. There are also incentives to the address of other countries to take action, such as following the example set by the EU gave the ‘Everything But Arms’ Regulation 416/2001, which duty-free imports from the poorest countries in the world is allowed for all products except arms.
On March 11, 2002 approved the Council for General Affairs ultimate strategy for integrating well in time for the summit in Barcelona in the spring of 2002. The part of the strategy on trade is limited. It is little more than a summary of the results of the talks in Doha in December 2001. It is also a commitment to the development of sustainability impact assessments mentioned, with the aim in forthcoming negotiations on trade het component of sustainable development a more powerful and more geïntegreerde role to play.

External Trade Policies
Internal and external trade policies are among the core activities of the EU. Removing trade barriers and create conditions that foster economic growth are the main objectives of the EU. Completing the internal market must contribute to the growth and economic health of the EU. Some measures for the internal market are directly relevant to the environment, economic growth and trade but also have indirect effects on the environment by such an increase in freight, emissions, and use of natural resources.
The EU has developed a strong internal environmental agenda, including many policies are aimed at providing social and environmental protection without distorting the internal market. These internal regulations are instigated only after a long debate on many issues now also be discussed at an international level, in the context of foreign trade and the World Trade Organization (WTO). A parallel can be drawn in particular in applying the precautionary principle and related issues of risk and the possibility of Member States to stricter standards than those of the EU to apply the interest environment.
While a discussion of the internal market and the environment can be seen as a part of the wider debate about free trade and the environment, some aspects differ, depending on the position. Thus, the EU eco-label (see § 11.7) for example can be seen as a way of synergy between the internal market and protecting the environment, because ultimately the national eco-labels would replace what may have preferred a home products (such as the German “Blue Angel”, and the Scandinavian Nordic Swan). But seen from outside the EU, the EU ecolabel criticized as a means of goods from the EU advantage over imported goods from elsewhere.

Foreign Trade Policy
The harmonization of external trade policy of the EU under the Common commercial policy falls within the exclusive competence of the Community. The goal of the foreign trade policy is “to contribute in accordance with the common interest, to the harmonious development of world trade, the progressive abolition of the restrictions on international trade and the lowering of customs barriers” (Art. 131 TEC) .
Trade and environmental issues have increasingly taken a central role in discussions within the OECD, the GATT / WTO and UNCTAD. The Uruguay Round was in many ways a test case for sustainable development, the Community, acting in the name of the States, played an important role in maintaining the sustainable development agenda. A Council resolution in May 1993 on environmental protection and international trade gave a list of targets were largely achieved at the ministerial meeting in Marrakech, in particular by establishing a Committee on Trade and Environment. Proposals by the Council on clarifying the relationship between GATT trade principles and provisions in multilateral environmental agreements were largely adopted in the WTO working group on environmental and international trade.
In 1994, the Generalised (GSP) Community review. This resulted in a new system (Regulation 3281/94) to create special incentives, to include social and environmental integration in the fee structure for countries within the scope of the fall schedule. Environmental clauses in which international treaties approved products and complying with international production were promoted were effective in 1998. These were first criteria of the International Tropical Timber Organisation used. The schedule was subsequently amended and extended until December 2001 (Regulation 2820/98).
The activities of the EU environmental were also reflected in the formal approach to the Ministerial Conference in Seattle in December 1999, based on a Commission Communication ‘approach to the WTO Millennium Round the EU. “[70] In contrast to other key stakeholders included the approach of the EU’s explicit commitment to the environment. The Council considered it necessary “to ensure that an appropriate balance between further liberalization of trade and the strengthening of multilateral rules contributes to sustainable development, environmental protection, social progress, poverty reduction and consumer health

Potential Environmental Effects of Future Trade
Internal Market About the plans for the development of the European single market, ie the internal market, as is stipulated is elaborated in verscheidene Communications from the Commission, as a White uit 1985. The debate on the clashes between the internal market and the environment has since recovered, for example in terms of movement of waste. It was feared that the removal of national border controls would result in a massive increase of traffic.
That issue is politically and legally resolved by adopting the principle of proximity, making the movement of waste may be restricted on grounds of environmental considerations . Examples of successful solutions to potential conflicts between environmental protection and the internal market include the Directive on packaging and packaging waste (see § 5.9), the chemicals policy (which provides that access tot the market of new substances in a Member State is extended to all Member States.
The new conditions under the Treaty of Amsterdam now provide more opportunities for Member States to introduce national environmental, within certain limits, more stringent than those of the EU. It is however too early to say that this is sufficient for dealing with future conflicts. Despite some progress in these areas, there is still concern about the environmental impact of the internal market.
The Commission Communication on the impact and effectiveness of the internal market contained a section on the It was said that the introduction of the single market expectations about the potential environmental effects were quite pessimistic. It was also said that it was too early to give a final assessment, and that it was not yet possible to explain the allegations based on measuring the environmental impact of the single market program. There remain tensions between the functioning of the open market and environmental policy objectives, something which was emphasized in the 1999 Communication on “Internal Market and the Environment” [69], which states that: “Environmental standards are sometimes seen as barriers to market access, and open markets as a threat to the quality of the environment. ” The release then lists a number of areas for pursuing environmental integration, including free movement of goods.
Specific measures include proposed guidelines for the ability of Member States to implement environmental measures to further gaan than the standards of the EU, and for increasing the extent to which the environmental richtlijnen worden converted.

Electronic Purchasing System
E-Procurement is electronic purchasing of products or services from a decentralized point. This process runs without human intervention and without paper. With the introduction of electronic procurement is the internal organization more efficient. It saves on transaction more favorable purchase price.
E-procurement is suitable for large companies with a wide range and large office, a company with multiple locations, many different products and many must purchase is lost. Through a careful supplier selection and conclude purchase contracts with these vendors expire purchasing functions of the purchasing employee. Each employee can buy products at the lowest price. Thus there to twenty percent savings on current purchases. A good example of a company where the technology is interesting.
E-Procurement consists of three parts which eventually connect with each other:
- Sourcing Services Catalog
- Electronic procurement
- Ordering Catalog Systems.
Sourcing Catalog Services
Sourcing Catalog Services (SCS) are services where as many possible suppliers for a particular product or service can be found. This includes standard rates. With the wide range of services and products it is possible that the specific desired product or service and has found one company is about more possibilities. SCS is also a benefit to the market. Through greater choice are more likely to lower prices to suppliers as attractive as possible for the customer. A good example of SCS, the daughter pages of startpagina.

Smart Parent Company System
First, this article is not intended as complete and conclusive argument about the choice between one of the two systems. I want to briefly in the article above reflect the sounds I hear from the market, so you know roughly where you can watch and to think about it. If you are a new shop is set up, you obviously much more detailed research to find out which platform is best will contribute to the success of your new project.
The Magento platform is relatively new, has a smart parent company (Varien) and includes example why landing pages, analytics integration, more sophisticated marketing promotions, extended ACL management tools and many other standard Magento. The development is well designed and is tough, there are regular updates with new features.
However, Magento has also some disadvantages. First, it is a very serious package that allows you not shop every hoster can go (and in any case less than webhosters you with Joomla and Virtuemart can go). A common complaint is that the system (too) slowly. Because the package has many serious and extensive functionality of Magento enthusiasts I understand that for a small shop (about 50 products) can be very expensive to Magento in use.

How Does E-Procurement ?
The purchasing department is using Catalog Services Sourcing a supplier selection do. Information is then collected and submitted bids. Using this information, the supplier recruited. The Head of Purchasing Department provides procurement contracts with suppliers. When all arrangements agreed and contracted on paper, the purchasing staff, using the content management component, the information of the products or services enter so that the other employees in the organization is visible in the internal catalog.
Employees can order products, such as office supplies or sanitation, through the internal catalog. The system processes these orders and sends them to the supplier. The supplier agree on the handling of orders. All information about orders, the buyer and quantities are tracked by the system.
A new feature of e-Procurement is reading of bills. This can be compared to orders automatically scanned invoices. This is also the financial administration time playing.

Electronic Commerce Facilitates
The trade requires collaboration between internal departments of the company, suppliers and customers. Communication is the basis of this collaboration. Electronic commerce facilitates communication by removing the transmission times and residence information and by facilitating the search functions to access this information. The time spent by employees to reduce the communication while maintaining the same level of customer satisfaction. In electronic commerce, the number of vectors of communication (postal, telephone, fax, visit …) is concentrated in a single database or information is accessible to all at all times.
Phone calls, emails, faxes, the client must be registered in the database for the company, the supplier and the customer can know where they stand. Your database is now accessible to everyone, anytime and anywhere on the planet. The information available to all stakeholders is richer and easier accessible. Clea has taken some time but the paperwork is virtually eliminated if all use the keyboard. A plus for ecology, for the same number of transactions, we use less paper. Paying bills online saves paper.
Email is faster and more effective than regular mail, fax or voice mail. It facilitates teamwork by carbon copies and blind copies. In addition, it accelerates the exchange of documents scanned with or without protection against a change. The email declines in manufacturing costs (no need to retype or copy) and shipping (stamps, envelopes, mailing, handling and distribution of internal mail).

Similar meaning of Femme and Women
La Femme de don Juan" ("Don Juan’s Wife") takes the form of a long letter written by a dying servant to the daughter of an old employer revealing her mother’s dark secret. Le sortilege (“The Spell”) is the story set in Russia. It is a story about an adult relationship told through the eyes of a young girl who really doesn’t understand what is happening.
Liens du Sang (“Flesh and Blood”), the longest story in the volume, examines family relationships as a pride of older children gather together to deal with their elderly mother’s sickness and their own hopes and fears, jealousies and pettiness. In Le spectateur (“The Spectator”), an aging dilettante from a neutral country trying to leave France at the beginning of the war, discovers that neutrality is not necessarily going to keep one safe. Each story focuses like a laser beam on the vagaries of the human condition, and the ironies that abound in human relations.
Whether she is describing the torturous impatience of a young girl waiting for a lover who doesn’t show up or the labyrinth of relationships in a large family no longer close, Nemirovsky is always the most astute of observers. And always those observations are presented with a typical understated irony.
At the end of Le confidente, the husband who has learned the truth about his recently deceased wife from a woman he thought was her friend explains why that truth is irrelevant. It is characteristic Nemirovsky: "He now understood that he had loved an illusion, a shadow. He knew with absolute certainty that he had at last learned the truth. But he was more tormented than ever because he understood what Camille could not grasp: that his wife’s soul, her wit and intelligence, were of no importance—all that was superfluous. What really mattered was the gentle movement of her shoulders when she turned her head toward him, the shape and warmth of her breast, the expression of her face, her tone of voice, the quick, bored way she pushed him aside when he approached her when she wanted to escape him (and now he knew why). This was what he would never get over."

Opening of Shops on Sunday
Wow! Of course Germany is a very strange country. Today in fact we have to discover that the opening of shops on Sunday not only undermines the sense of community, but even unconstitutional! And support was not a follower of Assatanate Oskar Lafontaine, but the Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe.
Actually, truth be told, Die Linke and SPD were the very parties that have signed that law in 2006 (after the federal reform that gave that power to the regions) allowed the shops of the Land of Berlin to keep its doors open ten Sundays or public holidays per year to adjust to what the consumer needs a little ‘tired of the lift of the dampers with a dropper. The partial liberalization, however, had a relatively short life.
And this for the joy of many trade unionists, affrettatisi until after passage of the law to denounce the poor working conditions that would have been subject the employees of businesses. To tell the truth, to have appealed to the Bundesverfassungsgericht has nothing to do were the unions, but the Catholic Church and the Union of Evangelical Churches, which have alleged a violation of religious freedom, caused by lack of respect for Sunday (and Advent) as days of prayer and rest (Ruhetag). As if the general decline of the faithful, was criticized by the mere possibility of going to buy an ice cream in town.

The E-Marketing a Simple and Powerful
To know at any time your business, consulting services, your products and prices, a website is the perfect tool. To inform the client of your market analysis, a product recall or a cons-indication, it’s fast and legal. An email can instantly inform the customer about news or changes after the update of the database linked to the site.
An online catalog can provide products and services offered by your company. As your company launches in the market for new products / services, the catalog becomes more attractive and profitable option.
The Web site reduces costs of updating the catalog and prices. The electronic catalog reduces expenses for the company because the Internet is a tool of communication less expensive than long distance calls or mail.

Video Signal for Market Movements
I found an EA video signal with virtually no visible opening and closing positions.
How should you set SL and TP and then manually open long or short positions by the intersection of two factors (which I did not understand what they refer).
From yesterday to today has thousands of open positions, but given the number having the lack of appropriate knowledge to read code and understand how and why I had to manually open and close the case and close positions.
The result? If I had not closed positions as they opened and reached a number of pips gain or loss would have lost everything.
Doing so instead I turned 2000 (initial deposit) in 3890 (balance at this moment) from yesterday to today. If anyone is interested and willing to read the code I can paste it here not so long. Dainese great! In essence, what volumes I had not read anywhere. I got big mistakes! But the consistency of market movements is certainly a good paper is that the average long-short

Payment Management
While most configuration options do not require further explanation, several aspects are not free from difficulty, particularly as regards the management of payment’s. However, all aspects are covered in the 2 videos. The second starts on the explanation of payment module.
WP e-Commerce offers many opportunities for online payments. This is undoubtedly the most sensitive because it will impact your brand directly. Everything must work for the best, and so secure. From this point of view, you do not have to worry about anything because the plugin does not handle payments, but actually entrust this task to internationally recognized services such as Paypal or Google Checkout.
To begin, I strongly recommend you opt for a solution because Paypal you can not only offer your visitors to pay via Paypal but also – and this is the strong point of this solution, credit card (Visa American Express, Mastercard, etc.). Also, note that it is possible to accept payments by check. In this case, you can formulate a message to indicate the procedure for your customers.

Buys a Product Online
The quality of online shopping hardly improves. This suggests the latest ICT Barometer from Ernst & Young. The study assesses periodically the opinions and experiences of over six hundred managers and professionals in business and government. Six in ten respondents each month buys a product online, 11% do so even weekly. 40% of respondents will then make mistakes in 2008 was 38%. The offense is top 3 since the previous measurement in 2008 unchanged: high shipping costs, time of delivery and not stock the product.
If something goes wrong with shopping online is usually an error on delivery (25% versus 22% in 2008) or an error in the order (12% vs. 11%). High shipping costs are still lonely top annoyances when it comes to shopping online (62% versus 58% in 2008). The time of delivery and being out of stock products also provide irritate, though here or improvement. Harry Small, industry leader Retail & Consumer Products and partner at Ernst & Young: “There is for online retailers a world to win their services more flexible.
Shipping is a point, but you can service reciprocate. Companies need better thinking with the receiver. They can positively differentiate by offering customization and choice. Sundays Christmas Shopping
Only in extraordinary cases, the Court held, will be allowed to establish exceptions for more than ten Sundays a year will be short retention stores open (and a maximum of two Sundays in a row and not, as required by law for all four Sundays of Advent), nor will it be legal to set the lunch break (up from 13.00 to 20.00, clarified from Karlsruhe). The mayor of Berlin Klaus Wowereit, saying sorry for the content of the sentence, has been caught the ball, which is a good social democrat, to lament the fact that covertly Christmas shopping was a very good measure for the economic fortunes of the economy German.
On closer the core is not at all. The point is, once again, the property. Prevent a seller or a worker to use their energy when it is most convenient means to limit heavy as a boulder on his freedom of action undertaken. The problem arises naturally from the general contempt in which the property is taken into account and that it then follows, namely trade. Especially as gas station attendants, nurses, pilots, stewardesses, television talking heads, doctors, actors work all right on Sunday. The label hypocritical disregard for legislative recitation of these categories: basic services.
The sentence is short, a weak attempt at revenge on the “evil spirit” of an imaginary contemporary society, guilty of transforming the human into a puppet … But if the economic sociology had borrowed at least some basis of truth, then how to reconcile a ban on shop opening with the work of hundreds of thousands of professionals, that the seventh day (unfortunately or fortunately) must trot? A subsequent reading of the ruling would require the imposition of a ban on clear for them, if not even-handedly.

When Short Selling Profitable?
Is short selling is always profitable? Of course not. How can this happen? This happens if: First, A wrong analysis, such calculations are done A technical analysis is not accurate so that decisions are taken on short selling A is not appropriate. Tell the 15:00 o’clock and afterwards it turned out to GBP exchange rate strengthened to $ 1.8950. Thus, when the Rev A menu should deposit 1 lot GBP obligation to C, A must buy GBP at 1.8950 USD price. If by chance, B is willing to sell one lot at a price of EUR 1.8950 GBP, then the future of A should hand over the money of USD 189.500 to B.
Thus, at the time of settlement:
- A receives the money, amounting to USD 188.500 from C
- A paid USD 189.500 to B
- A receives a lot of B GBP
- A gives a lot to C GBP

Special Strategy Trading Forex or Currency
Special Strategy Trading Forex / Currency
Margin = equity you are available to withstand the defeat of (minus).
Trade is not really your ingenuity in fundamental analysis (news), technical analysis (reading charts), but you just do MANAGEMENT MARGIN expertise. Proved that 90% FAIL in trade Forex traders attributed to the wrong Margin Management.
Examples of this Management as follows:
Your Deposit with $ 1,000 in ForexFirm with Laverage 1:100, it means you have the power quantity of 100,000. If you do trade with quantity 10 000 then you really have to use 10% of your margin.
If you find that you have chosen the wrong position in the trade, then you have the ability to withstand the defeat of -900 pips for one position. If the position -900 in the position you found then you will get “MARGIN CALL” and the value of your deposit will be stayed $ 100, worth Quantity you say …. He lost $ 900 you.
This error is caused because you do floating.
Floating This is the opening position BUY SELL or uncovered by the TARGET or STOP LOSS.
If your lid with the Order Target, then in that position is automatically closed your position with the results of PROFIT. If you cover it with a Stop Loss Order, then the position is automatically closed by the results of MINUS. Tradding with floating is suicide … .!!!!
Now, to avoid this, you must perform accurate margin management, the way it is:
- BUY LOW only when the currency position.
- SELL HIGH only when the currency position.
- We recommend that you do not use the Margin> 10%.
Now the problem you’ve changed … .
The problem is how to find that the current price is the price Price High to Low or Open Position can be done accordingly. To Know This way, please you look at the menu “Calculation RANGE ANALYSIS

Things that Must be Understood in Trading
Things that must be understood in Trading
Forex or Foreign Exchange, or usually called Future Trading is an activity of buying and selling foreign currencies are done to find the difference between selling price and buying price (profit) or profit as expected. In the forex / margin / stock, we can not control how much profit we will get because it depends on our hockey. BUT, we can control how big / small our loss, the most dominant here are risk management (Risk Management) and management of money (Money Management).
Index (currency / exchange) is always moving along with the wheels of the economy of a country, the most fundamental thing is who we are and who the market, if we have been united with the market, clearly the market wants, we will be able to get a better result, this baru2 Japan tried to restrain the rate of its currency strengthening to spend three billion U.S. dollars, why do not we play in it …? My advice is do not fight the market, trying to understand the direction of the market, not only principled expect the market rebounding, you are also reasonable because the experience of formal education for this very limited .., just one or two institutions (foreigners) who opened a special formal education in Indonesia, rose at a cost … the wahh (partially completed education in singapore)
Individual Psychology
There are six of psychology that affect the individual in the transaction:
- Take responsibility for your capital
- Cut your losses quickly and let your profits run
- Discipline
- Too much information
- Do not marry your trades
- Do not bet on this field

Take Responsibility for Your Capital
It is interesting that many people love to put their savings and funds in the hands of others, accepting losses as easily blame others than take responsibility for the funds they own. The first step as an individual is to believe in yourself and your own abilities. One of the most startling discoveries when you start trading or have a stock market observation of how the experts very often make mistakes. This is a real proponent of the belief that when you begin to understand that with a solid background and knowledge, discipline and determination of a good trading plan will make you act professional.
You’ll be in a market that moves several times faster than other markets and with leverage, appreciation and loss mixed repeatedly. The best way to cope with thoughts of using your own money and volume of transactions you will make is to forget about money and talking about part of the points. So instead of counting your gains and losses in the factors of dollars, talk about the factors of the points the advantages and disadvantages. If you take this at a very early level, it will feel the same if you do a demo trading, mini or 10 contacts from the full accounts.

Some Things You Need to Know Before Conducting Investment
1. Know yourself
· How much money will you need in the future? (Future planning).
If you do not know your own financial goals, you will continue to feel inadequate because you do not know how many are actually in your opinion enough. So, first you need to determine how much you need to pay all expenses in your life, and to be able to retire in a state that is relatively decent and comfortable.
· What is the huge level of risk can you accept?
Each mutual fund has different risk levels that have been discussed in previous topics.
But when you look at risk, maybe you feel you are a conservative who can only accept a small risk. Actually you probably could have received a bigger risk than you think, it’s just that you need to know the dangers that accompany these risks and learn strategies to protect themselves.
· How long are you willing to wait before you can take a profit? (Tenor)
As discussed in previous topics about investing your time, here are the rules that the longer your investment period, the greater the chance of your investments to generate profits. If forced to acquire in a short time, then most likely you will fail. This is because markets are unpredictable.
2. Recognizing your commitment
· Financial budgeting.
Create a financial budget is the most realistic way to ensure that spending money is appropriate as planned.
· Consistent and consequent
In the most difficult financial budgeting is consistent in its application. Do not ever find a problem with thinking that the expenditure this month will be covered by reducing spending next month. Because in fact we rarely can do that. So how to we consistent? The most efficient way is by setting goals that can motivate us to be consistent so that the goal can be achieved.
3. Setting Goals
Every journey has a purpose and there might be more than one goal you want to accomplish. But because of various obstacles several objectives must be chosen to take precedence. After selecting where the first goal to be achieved, then you need to take into account the amount of money to achieve these objectives, so you know how much money you need.
4. Discipline
Discipline is not an easy thing to do, but you try a lot of people think that discipline sometimes for one reason or another can not fulfill its purpose, and will be more people who do not discipline that could not fulfill its purpose.

Prospects E-commerce in Indonesia
Today, the Internet has become one of the media marketing and sales of cheap, fast and has a large range to penetrate the borders – national borders. Along with the internet boom in the late 1990′s, the rise of various online shops that offer the product through a website designed to be able to conduct transactions online, and was born the term E-commerce. In America, the value of trade transactions are conducted online retail continues to rise. Based on statistics published by the U.S. Census Bureau, the value of online retail transactions in three months (quarter), first in 2008 reached 33 billion USD. This amount is approximately 3.3 percent of the total value of retail trade in the range of those times. When viewed from the percentage, the value of online retail transactions has increased when compared with the end of 2000 which only reached 1 percent of the total value of retail trade.
What about Indonesia? Although I have yet to obtain statistical data on this subject, but the estimated retail value of transactions conducted via the Internet is still a very small amount and percentage when compared with the overall value of retail transactions. This is in line with the small number of Internet users in Indonesia, which according to new data APJII about 8 percent of the population. In addition, Internet users have long used the Internet were not necessarily have to transact through the Internet because the problem has not been convinced of customs or security.
Based on this fact, how about the prospect of E-commerce in Indonesia? I contend that the E-commerce in Indonesia still has potential to grow rapidly. This is supported by several factors, namely:
- Internet access is getting cheaper and faster, which will increase the number of internet users
- Support from the banking sector, which provides internet banking and SMS banking, which will speed the transaction process
- The cost of the increasingly cheap web hosting
- The easy and cheap to build E-commerce sites supported by the availability of a variety of open source software, such as osCommerce, Magento, etc.
In addition to things – things mentioned above, the development of E-commerce in Indonesia would be supported also by the rules and regulations that protect consumers from losses due to fraud, credit card fraud, and various other potential losses. Therefore, consumers can shop online safely and comfortably.

Opportunity the Money Machine
What would happen if the two prime Donna of information and communication technologies, namely Internet and cell phones to meet and marry? Both will be complementary, synergistic, and even more so, would be a smart way to earn profits for those who use them quickly and accurately. Convergence (blend) this will give birth to a technology called mobile commerce (m-commerce) and at the same time be able to roll out a new paradigm and new trends: this is the time when mobile phones in the hands of consumers could be transformed into ‘money machine‘!
A decade ago, the new limited phone functions ie conversational two-way communication (voice) and many variations. Subsequent developments, the wireless technology more rapidly after the discovery of communications and data transfer technology such as SMS. The growth of mobile phone usage is high enough growth was in line with new features that make people more attracted to the phone, especially after the discovery of WAP protocol that allows people to access the Internet via mobile phone. The peak marked by the emergence of cellular development of GPRS (general packet radio service) and 3G (third generation), which enables mobile device users can enjoy multimedia facilities.

Growth and Type of Bank
From time to time the condition of the banking industry in Indonesia has undergone much alteration. Besides being caused by the internal development of the banking world, is also not free from the influence of developments outside the banking world, such as the real sector in the economy, politics, law, and social. The development of internal and external factors caused the condition of banks in Indonesia can be grouped into four periods. Each – for each period has a special characteristic can not be equated with other periods. Deregulation in the real sector and monetary yagn started in 1980 – and an economic crisis in Indonesia since the end of the year – 1990s are the two main events which have led to the emergence of four periods of banking conditions in Indonesia until the year 2000.
The four periods are:
- Condition of Indonesia’s banking sector before a series of packages – package in the real sector and monetary policy which began in 1980 – an.
- Condition of the banking deregulation in Indonesia after emergence up to the period before the economic crisis in the late – 1990s.
- Condition Indonesia banking on economic crisis since the end of 1990 – an and
- Condition of Indonesian banks at the present time.
Changes also include increased regulations in the field – a particular field, so this is more precisely defined deregulation change – change driven by monetary authorities to improve performance in the banking world, and eventually also expected to improve the performance of the real sector.

Short Selling Strategy in Forex Trade
One of the advantages of forex trading is the existence of investment leverage or two way opportunity, the opportunity to earn profits in both rising prices and conditions are in decline. In conditions of rising prices, the strategy used is the conventional trade, which formerly bought cheaply and then sell it. This is done on the real sector transactions. In forex trading, if the conditions are declining prices, investors can do short selling strategy is to do more first-sale prices are still high with new buy when prices are low / declining. In forex investing, short selling becomes mandatory and job knowledge required as well. Because, precisely this condition that often occurs. Therefore, investors should know the ins and outs of this short selling.
What and how to trade forex with short selling it? In principle, short selling is selling a product or service that is not owned by the seller. Why can happen, someone who does not have an item or service for sale can make the sale? What if the buyer requires the seller to immediately deliver the goods or services? This is where the difference in investing in real sector with invest in forex trading.
In the real sectors such goods market, traders goats, could not sell the goat did not have to buyers. The reason? First, of course, buyers want to see the first form of a goat that will be bought, whether fat, healthy, skinny or what? Second, even if the seller managed to get a goat that would sell, he must buy it first. Third, in the goods market trading occurs on a spot or cash, meaning that payment is made once the transaction.

Cut your losses quickly and let your profits run
This simple concept is one of the hardest concepts to be implemented and this led to the death for most traders. Most traders violate a predetermined plan and take advantage of them before reaching their profit target because they feel uncomfortable sitting in a favorable position. This same type of people will easily sit in the position of the loss, allowing the market to move against them for hundreds of points in the hope that the market will return. In addition, traders who have been exposed to the stop their recurring times only to see the market back at their will, once they come out, they quickly move from stop trade order and with one thing belief that this will always be there. Stop orders are held for the subject, and to stop you from losses exceeding the amount specified in advance! The wrong belief is that each transaction must be profitable. If you have a profit 3 out of 6 transactions then you have to do well. How is it possible you can make money with only half of your trades to be a winner? Quite simply, you allow your profits at the win to turn around and make sure that your loss experience is minimal. Another good strategy is to move the stop loss (points where the transaction would be sold if it went the wrong way) behind the trade to a level where a recall can be accommodated but a reversal will be locked at least get a little advantage.

Commodities and Trading System
Commodities are products traded solely on the basis of price. The products are undifferentiated products, goods or services that are not traded based on quality and features, just the price. Historically, commodities were items of value, of uniform quality in large quantities produced by different manufacturers. The points of any other producer were considered equivalent. Raw materials are defined by an underlying contract and standard, rather than the quality of the product.
Chicago is the birthplace of the first commodities market, way back in the 1840s. Farmers would bring their wheat on the market and exchange it for a good, hard cash. Futures developed from there. A farmer would contract with a dealer to a certain amount to produce him at a certain date at a fixed price. It was reassuring for both parties since the farmer knew what he was going to get paid and the dealer knew exactly what he was going to pay for these products.
This practice of trading commodities evolved over the years that followed. The farmer would decide not to sell the contract rights to another farmer, or is the dealer may decide that he did not want it no longer produce and then sell the contract to another dealer. Course included the supply and demand equation. If the harvests were poor, production would reach a much higher price and when the crops were abundant, a slimmed-down price prevails.

Trade and Environment Policies
Trade and environment policies mutually supportive would be a role, with environmental considerations should be observed throughout the negotiation. The EU exerted pressure for a number of specific issues to discuss. This included not only the maximization of positive cooperation between trade liberalization, environmental protection and economic development, but also:
- Clarification of the relationship between WTO rules and trade measures taken under multilateral environmental agreements – the WTO would have to adapt aanwereldwijd agreed instruments
- Clarification of the relationship between WTO rules and processes and production not affiliated with the product, especially in connection with the use of eco-labels;
- Investigating the role of core principles of environmental law, particularly the precautionary principle in relation to WTO rules;
- Encourage cooperation between the WTO and relevant international organizations.
The EU also instructed to study in several stages over the sustainability impact assessment, beginning in preparation for the proposed Millennium Round, with the aim of identifying potential environmental and social impacts for different groups of countries.

Beware of Excess Supply
Although the number of Internet users in Morocco is growing rapidly, and the number of Internet users is far from negligible (about 8 million users and one million connections), buying online is not always a natural act with our compatriots.
Witness also, some surveys carried out by some media that show a small proportion of Internet users have used the services of online shopping.
Figures for online payment (more than 100 MDHS in 2009) are mainly related to payment for services (eg Lydec) and not really buying goods online.
Does this mean that we must be pessimistic about the future of electronic commerce in Morocco?
Quite the contrary, we believe it has much potential, but under certain circumstances: given the current market size, only few players can take advantage.
Indeed, given the low investment required to launch a website of e-commerce, many people may think it is enough to put it online to begin to attract traffic and record a satisfactory level of orders. Those who have experience know very well that this is far from being the case.

A Growth of Future Trade
A growth of prefabricated building provides a different way of building and change brings with it both the architect and trade. Prefabricated parts are by definition directly from the manufacturer to the contractor. The trade is hereby beaten so on. For architects is likely that their freedom is limited by the demand for standardization. To main contractors B & U, where prefabricated building within their own business will take, in this context asked how they expected that the role of the architect and business will develop through the growth of prefabricated building.
Most main contractors & B you expect the role of the architect remains the same. For the role of trade expects the three main contractors B & U a negative development (32%). Contrast, 12% think that trade will just get a bigger role, what the role of the architect only 4% of the principal contractor B & E case.
